4. Artwork and Design Files
You are responsible for ensuring that:

We will provide proofs for your approval before printing. Once you approve a proof, we are not responsible for errors in the final product that were present in the approved proof.

- Full payment is required before production begins for new customers
- Established customers may be offered payment terms upon approval
- We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, and debit card
- Late payments may incur interest charges
- All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
6. Production and Delivery
Regarding production and delivery:
- Production times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Delivery dates are approximate and subject to change
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
- You must inspect deliveries promptly and report any issues within 7 days
7. Quality Standards
We maintain high quality standards, but please note:
- Slight variations in colour between proof and final product may occur due to printing processes
- A tolerance of plus or minus five percent in quantity is industry standard
- Minor variations in cutting, folding, and finishing are within acceptable tolerances
- Digital screens cannot accurately represent printed colours
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your artwork and designs. By submitting files to us, you grant us a license to reproduce your designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We retain ownership of any original designs we create for you until full payment is received.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the value of your order
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
- We are not liable for errors in your supplied artwork
- Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery
10. Cancellations
Order cancellations are subject to the following:
- Orders may be cancelled before production begins with no charge
- Once production has started, cancellation fees will apply
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
