1. Our Commitment to Quality

At Departmentattrac, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality printing services. We stand behind our work and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. This Return Policy outlines the circumstances under which returns and refunds may be issued.

2. Custom Nature of Products

All our printing services are custom-made to your specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Errors in customer-supplied artwork or content
  • Approved proofs that were printed as specified
  • Colour variations within industry-standard tolerances
  • Minor variations in cutting, folding, or finishing within acceptable tolerances

3. Eligible Returns

We will accept returns and provide refunds or reprints in the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects or errors made by Departmentattrac
  • Incorrect products delivered
  • Damaged products received due to shipping
  • Significant colour variations outside industry standards
  • Products that do not match the approved proof due to our error

4. Reporting Issues

To report a problem with your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
  • Include clear photographs showing the problem
  • Keep all original packaging and products until the issue is resolved

Claims reported after 7 days may not be accepted.

5. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide return shipping instructions
  • Products must be returned in original condition and packaging
  • We will cover return shipping costs for eligible returns
  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval

6. Refund Options

For approved returns, we offer the following options:

Partial Refund Proportional refund for partial defects or quantity shortages 5-10 business days

7. Proof Approval

Before production begins, we provide digital proofs for your approval. By approving a proof, you confirm that:

  • All text, images, and layout are correct
  • Colours are acceptable (noting screen limitations)
  • Specifications match your requirements
  • You accept responsibility for any errors in the approved proof

We cannot accept returns for issues that were present in the approved proof.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
  • Photograph the damaged packaging and products
  • Contact us immediately with photos and details
  • Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve damage claims and arrange for replacement or refund.

9. Quantity Tolerances

Industry-standard quantity tolerance is plus or minus five percent of the ordered quantity. Orders delivered within this tolerance are considered complete and do not qualify for refunds or reprints. If the shortage exceeds five percent, we will provide a proportional refund or reprint the shortage.

10. Cancellations Before Delivery

If you need to cancel an order before delivery:

  • Contact us immediately with your order number
  • Orders not yet in production may be cancelled with full refund
  • Orders in production may incur cancellation fees
  • Completed orders cannot be cancelled

11. Exceptions

This Return Policy does not apply to:

  • Sample packs or promotional items
  • Discounted or clearance products
  • Orders placed more than 90 days ago
  • Products that have been used or altered after delivery
